Manager, Customer Experience

The Manager, Customer Experience (CXM) is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and high-quality experience across all customer touchpoints—from initial inquiry through post-purchase support and retention. This role combines strategic customer experience leadership with hands-on operational oversight of customer service, sales support, and customer-facing marketing initiatives.

The CXM serves as a customer advocate and cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and external vendors to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and strengthen brand loyalty. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and a customer-centric mindset grounded in data-driven decision-making.

Customer Journey & Experience Optimization

  • Analyze and map the end-to-end customer lifecycle to identify friction points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that improve CSAT, NPS, CES, and retention.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for improvements that enhance loyalty and long-term value.


Customer Service & Sales Support Operations

  • Manage the Customer Service department and Marketing Administrative (Coordinators) staff.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely, accurate execution of:
    • Order entry (domestic, export, and special orders)
    • Shipping coordination, order scheduling, and delivery communication
    • Color match requests and custom product inquiries
    • Warranty claims, billing issues, and quality concerns
    • Coordinate sales and customer requests with production planning to align inventory, scheduling, and delivery expectations.


Data, Feedback & Performance Management

  • Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback using tools such as NPS, CSAT, CES, surveys, and CRM reporting.
  • Monitor trends, churn indicators, and customer behavior to drive proactive improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and ERP platforms (SAP, CRM systems).


Customer-Facing Programs & Marketing Collaboration

  • Oversee customer-facing programs such as sampling, fulfillment initiatives, trade shows, and events to ensure cohesive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support customer communications, process improvements, and internal enablement tools.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
  • Provide calm, effective leadership in high-pressure or customer-critical situations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand voice and customer-centric execution across all departments.


Technology, Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee CRM, SAP, and related platforms to support customer experience, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with budget oversight for customer experience programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Education:

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $128,400 - $147,000. Mechanical/Reliability Engineer

The Mechanical / Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, performance, and lifecycle of manufacturing equipment across ALPOLIC’s production operations. This role focuses on root cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance strategy, and capital project execution to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical expertise in industrial systems, a data-driven approach to problem solving, and the ability to collaborate across Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive sustainable improvements in equipment performance and uptime.

Reliability Engineering & Analysis

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment and process failures using structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) and define engineering-driven corrective actions
  • Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends to identify systemic reliability issues and recommend solutions
  • Develop and implement engineering improvements to enhance equipment reliability, performance, and lifecycle
  • Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to validate failure modes and ensure sustainable solutions are implemented

Equipment & Process Support

  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues across production systems including conveyors, ovens, pumps, and continuous process equipment
  • Identify and implement design improvements or modifications to existing equipment to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Design and develop mechanical components, guards, and equipment modifications using CAD tools (AutoCAD / Inventor)
  • Create detailed fabrication drawings and specifications for internal use or external vendors
  • Coordinate with vendors and fabrication shops to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturability requirements
  • Support installation and validation of fabricated components to ensure proper fit, function, and performance

Capital Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support and/or lead capital improvement projects, including scope definition, equipment specification, installation support, and commissioning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving throughput, and enhancing process stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment and process enhancements

Compliance, Safety & Documentation

  • Ensure all engineering solutions comply with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including equipment specifications, engineering standards, and modification records
  • Support development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to equipment and process performance

Work Schedule Expectations

  • This position requires occasional on-call support to assist in troubleshooting critical equipment or process issues outside of normal working hours
  • Participation in a rotational weekend coverage schedule is required to support plant operations and reliability needs
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent plant issues as needed, in coordination with Maintenance and Operations leadership

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience supporting continuous process operations (coating lines, laminating, metals processing, or similar preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis
    • Equipment reliability and performance improvement
    • Capital project execution

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Mechanical systems (rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveying systems)
    • Manufacturing equipment and process systems
    • Experience using data and engineering analysis to drive reliability improvements
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting required) and Autodesk Inventor (3D modeling preferred)

  • Ability to create:
    • Fabrication drawings
    • Equipment modifications and assemblies
    • Safety guarding and components

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Design for manufacturability (DFM)
    • Materials, tolerances, and fabrication processes (welding, machining, sheet metal)

The ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a dedicated Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing (SRW) Operator to join our night‑shift logistics team. This full‑time position operates on a 12‑hour schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM, following a biweekly rotation in which employees work four nights one week and three nights the next, with every other weekend is a three-day weekend off. This unique shift structure means team members work the equivalent of six months per year while receiving full‑time pay and benefits.

The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay‑for‑Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional $1.36 per hour is paid for night shift differential, and those scheduled on weekends earn an extra $2.00 per hour weekend premium. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual profit‑sharing bonus program, offering further earning potential as part of our commitment to rewarding team performance and company success.

The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.

Manager, Sales - HISHITANK

The Manager, Sales – HISHITANK is responsible for independently owning, developing, and growing U.S. and Canada sales operations for HISHITANK Aboveground Thermosetting Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic Panel-Type Tanks for Water Storage. This role serves as the primary commercial presence for the Americas and requires a highly autonomous, commercially driven sales professional capable of managing the full sales cycle without a local commercial support team, distributor management staff, or regional sales infrastructure.
