HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, training, affirmative action, workers compensation, HRIS systems, succession planning and employment law compliance.
Operator, Production (Day Shift)
The Coil Coating Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors. The operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards, monitors and operates processes as assigned, and monitors and processes control equipment.

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Specialist
The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist is responsible to support the company safety and health management system, environmental management system, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The HSE Specialist is also responsible for implementing and supporting the company KAITEKI and sustainability goals and objectives.
Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Operator (Day Shift)
The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.
The person in this role may also serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area, distribute supplies and equipment, and perform other related work as required.

Electrical Technician
The Electrical Technician is responsible for all electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for the facility. The position is also responsible for assisting in small or large project work as requested.
Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Lead
The SRW Lead works with the SRW Supervisor to ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a safe and productive workplace and provide the best level of quality for our customers. The Lead will assist with training and motivating operators to meet company goals and customer requirements.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative engages with customers to provide product information, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer conflicts. This candidate works closely with all departments from outside Sales teams, production, and shipping to ensure a next level customer experience.
