Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing - Day Shift
The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay‑for‑Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional $0.34 per hour is paid for day shift differential, and those scheduled on weekends earn an extra $2.00 per hour weekend premium. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual profit‑sharing bonus program, offering further earning potential as part of our commitment to rewarding team performance and company success.
Principal Accountabilities
The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.
Lamination Line Operator - Day Shift

Principal Accountabilities
The Lamination Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, department supervisors, or manager. The Lam Line Operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards. The position is responsible for operation and control of processes as assigned and monitoring and operating process control equipment.
