Representative, Marketing Support

The Marketing Support Representative will:

  • Receive and process orders by pulling from inventory, packing, creating FedEx shipping labels and ensuring orders are delivered to the appropriate pickup location.
  • Maintain stocked inventory proactively
  • Compile color sets, keeping minimum on hand for quick shipping
  • Label or re-label sample items as needed, ensuring product is correctly identified on the sample
  • Communicate, interact and collaborate with marketing team to expedite order fulfillment and to work through order issues
  • Routinely help deliver items from the admin building to the plant and from the plant to the admin building
  • Oversee shipping inventory to ensure appropriate quantities of packing materials and sizes are available
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager

Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing Operator

The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.

  • Keep work area clean
  • Adhere to safety and environmental rules
  • Control and operate equipment safely
  • Provide value to our customers through effective operations of assigned work area and support to the facility
  • Support Supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts
  • Deliver orders to faculty and staff
  • Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
  • Forklift license may be required for position and will be issued by Mitsubishi
  • Other duties as assigned

Lamination Line Production Operator

The Lamination Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, department supervisors, or manager. The Lam Line Operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards. The position is responsible for operation and control of processes as assigned and monitoring and operating process control equipment.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment
  • Keep work area clean
  • Adhere to safety and environmental rules
  • Document the use of materials and time required in the production of materials and products
  • Control and operate equipment safely
  • Maintain quality standards by inspection of materials, control of process, and continuous sampling and testing of both product and process
  • Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems
  • Provide value to our customers through effective operations of assigned work area and support to the facility
  • Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure machinery is working properly
  • Replenish inventory as needed
  • Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts
  • Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
  • Other duties as assigned by department supervisor or manager

Coil Coating Line Production Operator

The Coil Coating Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors. The operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards, monitors and operates processes as assigned, and monitors and processes control equipment.

  • Adhere to safety and environmental rules
  • Document the use of materials and time required in the production of materials and products
  • Control and operate equipment safely
  • Maintain quality standards by inspection of materials, control of process, and continuous sampling and testing of both product and process
  • Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems
  • Provide value to our customers through effective operations of assigned work area and support to the facility
