Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all channel sales activity within the assigned territory. The manager is expected to increase market share through new and existing accounts within the assigned territory via a mix of sales and marketing activities.
These activities will include developing and managing a network of metal fabricators, promote and sell the ALPOLIC brand of composite materials into various architectural market segments. The manager will also be responsible for attending industry related trade shows, conferences, seminars, association activities, and other selected marketing programs. The manager will have direct sales responsibilities in the designated territory and will work under the Director of Sales and in cooperation with other company staff in a team effort to provide a complete sales solution to all customers.

Purchasing Coordinator
The Purchasing Coordinator provides daily support to the ALPOLIC organization and the Materials Manager for procurement and import duties. The Purchasing Coordinator also provides backup support to all functions of the Materials group. This is an administrative, non-management position.
Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the plant equipment and facilities, all equipment breakdowns, and the supervision of technicians.
Maintenance Planning Technician
The Technician, Maintenance Planning, is responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities for the department and performing required maintenance activities as needed. The technician creates preventative maintenance plans, manages work orders, coordinates vendors, and ensures resources such as tools, materials, and personnel are available. The role also involves developing maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and overseeing the spare parts inventory system. In addition, the role is also responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance as assigned.
Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing Operator
The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.
Lamination Line Production Operator
The Lamination Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, department supervisors, or manager. The Lam Line Operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards. The position is responsible for operation and control of processes as assigned and monitoring and operating process control equipment.
Coil Coating Line Production Operator
The Coil Coating Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors. The operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards, monitors and operates processes as assigned, and monitors and processes control equipment.
Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined team aligned with company goals. Ensure equipment reliability through preventative and predictive maintenance. Oversee work orders, inventory, and capital projects from start to finish. Manage budgets, KPIs, and compliance with all safety and environmental standards. Drive training, onboarding, and development for technicians.
