Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers to provide product information, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer conflicts. Electrical Technician

Operator, Production

The Coil Coating Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors. The operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards, monitors and operates processes as assigned, and monitors and processes control equipment. Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

The HSE Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting comprehensive safety and health programs that reduce injuries, losses, and equipment damage, and for promoting a “Safety First” culture.  The Health, Safety & Environmental Manager will also ensure that OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulatory agency compliance requirements are met through effective safety program management and documentation. Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist

The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist is responsible to support the company safety and health management system, environmental management system, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.  The HSE Specialist is also responsible for implementing and supporting the company KAITEKI and sustainability goals and objectives. Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Operator

The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.

The person in this role may also serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area, distribute supplies and equipment, and perform other related work as required. See full job description and apply online.

Renz Moster- Materials Coordinator
“I was trying to find a company that promoted work-life balance,” said Renz Moster. He joined ALPOLIC in 2019 as a SRW operator. At first, he was unsure of the decision, as he’d previously been a supervisor and felt planning was more in line with his skills. However, he stuck with ALPOLIC and in six months was offered the role of SRW supervisor. In May of 2022, he transitioned into the role of materials coordinator where he has been shining. “Working at ALPOLIC means so much to me, to my family. My son gets to see me more now, I can be that father figure.”
Candice Rambo - Technical Director
Candice Rambo - Technical Director
Candice Rambo is a fixture both in the plant and the administration office, supervising multiple teams – Health, safety, environmental (HSE), training, quality assurance, facilities, and security. “Working with such a diverse team allows me to continuously learn and develop as a professional.” Taking advantage of the company’s tuition reimbursement program, she has also completed her master’s in engineering, furthering her expertise in safety engineering and management.

From inspection, to extruder, to piler, Johve Kubalewski is a grounded presence who considers the safety of staff his primary responsibility, followed by production and team engagement. “To me, being a lead is setting a standard for my fellow employees, trying to bring the best out of them." Johve appreciates that, at ALPOLIC, hard work and dedication pay off, and he loves the team he works with. “It’s like a home away from home. We see each other all the time, we take care of each other the best way we can.”

Mike Bowie views his time at ALPOLIC as one filled with opportunity. “I am fortunate to have had awesome mentors throughout my time here,” he explains. From his managers and co-workers, he views his daily interactions with the ALPOLIC team as his favorite part of the job. “When you interact with people, you learn about leadership, how to drive things forward. If I can glean a nugget of wisdom from somebody, it adds to my growth and enables me to contribute more to the company’s success.”

“I learn something new every day and love the feeling I get when I am able to help solve problems with multiple departments,” explains Cameron Huchison. Having tackled different roles since he joined ALPOLIC back in September 2020, he’s grateful for the opportunities he’s found at the Chesapeake plant. “If the company needs it, I’ll absolutely move around. Let me fill that position. Teach me, send me off to classes. You know, if they're willing to invest in me, I will accept.”
